“But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not”( 2:216).

Let us not cloud our minds with the convention of love
For our time has paralleled such beauty with lust
Convinced that the feels can only come through

From a woman to man

Nothing more can be due
But love is that rose, when watered it may
Blossom out into care for whomever you say
Love yourself and your God
It’ll teach only truth
No confusion will love and lust be for these few
No doubt will reside in these effortless minds
Love is more than we know, love is every day life.

A dark force

More harmful than indifference

More fatal than apathy

Encompassing in the most empowering manner

Hate is when the heart is burning with passion

The same passion found in love

The same fire found when two souls collide so beautifully with effortless zeal

But hate is when there is too much to understand

Too much to forget

And too little to remember

Hate is a spectrum too deep for an apology

And too dense for forgiveness

An origin enveloped in the intertwining paths of love and hurt

Hate is the destroyer of all things sane

And from hate, I pray, we all be saved
